September 2023- present

Program Specialist, Counseling Support

  • Lead and collaborate with district-wide staff to incorporate organizational assessments and tools reflective of the school’s needs. 

  • Provide professional development in evidence based SEL, RJ, PBIS, and/or school counseling. 

  • Partner with stakeholders to facilitate the continuous planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the school climate programs. 

  • Leverage achievement and behavioral data as well as process, perception, and outcome data to identify concerns and celebrate the attainment of goals.

Coordinator, TK-12 School Counseling Services

  • Originated the inaugural county-wide mentoring program to foster community and cultivate learning between new and veteran School Counselors.

  • Created content for support and implementation of professional development initiatives related to school counseling using the 3 ASCA domains as a framework.
